Answers to every question real estate agents ask — about the product, the SLA, the AI, the pricing, and what makes this worth it.
The basics
What is ReviewHound?
ReviewHound is a done-for-you Google Business Profile review management service for real estate agents and brokerages. It monitors your Google profile 24/7, drafts professional responses to negative reviews in your voice, delivers the draft to your phone by SMS, and posts it after you reply YES. No dashboard, no login, no templates to fill in.

What is ReviewHound NOT?
Not a dashboard you check. Not a social media manager. Not a review aggregator across Yelp, Zillow, Realtor.com, or Facebook. Not for property managers, iBuyers, or commercial brokers. Not a template library you fill in. Not another SaaS with a login you'll stop using by week three. One workflow. One channel (Google). One text reply.
Who is ReviewHound for?
Solo real estate agents and brokerages with an active Google Business Profile. Especially valuable for luxury agents where one unanswered review can cost a $15k–$30k commission, and high-volume agents who close 20+ deals/year and can't manually manage review responses.
Does ReviewHound need a login or app?
No login or app required. The entire workflow runs through SMS. You receive the draft by text, reply YES to post, NO to skip, or send your own version to post a custom response. That's the entire interface.
Pricing & trial
How much does ReviewHound cost?
Two plans: Solo Agent at $497/month and Team/Brokerage at $997/month. Both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Cancel by replying STOP to any text.
What's included in each plan?
Both plans include: 24/7 monitoring, AI-drafted responses, SMS approval, 4-hour SLA, review growth campaign, weekly competitive brief, dispute filing, vacation mode, revenue protection report. The Team plan adds multi-agent coverage and priority queuing.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. No credit card required to start. The 14-day trial includes full product access — real monitoring, real drafts, real SMS approvals. Cancel by replying STOP to any text, no questions asked.
Is this worth it if I don't have many reviews?
The review growth campaign generates 10–20 new 5★ reviews per month from post-close client follow-ups. Even if you start with few reviews, the product actively builds your profile. One listing won that you might have lost to an unanswered review more than covers a year of the Solo plan.
The SLA guarantee
What is the 4-hour SLA?
Every negative review (1–3★) gets a professionally drafted response delivered to your phone within 4 hours of being detected. If ReviewHound misses this window even once, your next billing month is free — automatically, no support ticket needed. This clause is in every customer agreement.
Where can I see the live SLA performance?
At
reviewhound.co/sla — a live dashboard showing compliance rate, average response time, 90-day history, and performance by city. Published because we stand behind it.
What happens if I'm on vacation when a review drops?
Text OOO to any ReviewHound number. All drafts queue silently while you're away. Text BACK when you return and the queue flushes instantly. The 4-hour SLA pauses during confirmed OOO status — your Google profile doesn't suffer, but you don't get flooded when you land.
The product
How does the AI write responses?
The AI detects the complaint category (communication, pricing, timeline, professionalism), analyzes the review text, and drafts a response that acknowledges the specific complaint in a professional voice. It references the actual complaint rather than using a generic template. The draft is under 150 words, written for the next 500 people who will read it, not just the reviewer.
Can I edit the draft before it posts?
Yes. Reply VIEW to see the full draft first. Reply EDIT or send any text over 15 characters to post your own version instead. Nothing posts without your explicit YES (or custom reply).
What is the weekly competitive brief?
Every Monday morning you receive an email showing: your current Google rating, reviews added this week, and how you rank vs. 3–5 agents you actually compete with — sorted by star rating and review velocity. The most-forwarded internal email at brokerages using ReviewHound.
Can ReviewHound remove fake Google reviews?
Yes. ReviewHound identifies reviews that qualify under Google's removal policies (fake, competitor-written, off-topic, about a different business), builds the evidence file, and submits formally. ~25–35% removal rate on eligible submissions. This process typically takes 4–8 weeks.
