Short version: You pay us to monitor your Google reviews and draft responses. You approve every response before it goes live. We don't guarantee any specific outcome — review management improves your reputation over time, but results vary.
By accessing or using ReviewHound ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
ReviewHound monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews, generates AI-drafted responses using large language models, and delivers those drafts for your approval via email or SMS. Upon your approval, we post the response to Google on your behalf using your authorised Google account connection.
The Service also includes:
Response drafts are generated by an AI language model. They are intended as a starting point and may occasionally contain inaccuracies, inappropriate phrasing, or content that doesn't reflect your practice's style. Always review drafts before approving.
ReviewHound does not guarantee that any drafted response will improve your Google rating, prevent negative reviews, or achieve any specific business outcome.
ReviewHound does not remove, flag, or report reviews on your behalf. We only post owner responses. Whether a review can be removed is determined solely by Google, and we make no representations about the likelihood of removal.
You retain ownership of your business data, review content, and any custom responses you provide. You grant ReviewHound a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service. Approved responses posted to Google become public content subject to Google's terms.
The ReviewHound platform, branding, and software are owned by ReviewHound LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewHound disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In no event will ReviewHound's total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or reputational harm.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewHound from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any response you approve and post to Google.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your Google OAuth access will be revoked and your data deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
