Use the Google account (Gmail) that is an owner or manager of your practice in Google Business Profile.
One Sign in with Google is enough: you approve access for that account’s Business Profile in the same consent screen—there is no separate “GBP login.” If we ask for your phone after, that is only to match ReviewHound to the number we use for SMS approvals.
